As a Hotel Inventory Manager at Princess Cruises, you will be responsible for ensuring the physical security of all stores and provision areas, maintaining accurate records, and participating in physical inventories.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the physical security of stores and provision areas, maintaining accurate records
• Participate in physical inventories for all stores per corporate policies and procedures
• Investigate, record, and report stock variances in a timely and accurate manner
• Ensure the accuracy of Crunchtime regarding orders, receipts, adjustments, and consumptions
• Implement proper stock rotation procedures and storage methods to minimize loss
• Oversee defrost cycles for refrigerators and deep freezers, taking prompt action in case of malfunctions
• Establish internal requisition schedules based on voyage length and determine pick-up times and locations
• Prepare Master Orders for hotel supplies, including linen, uniforms, food, and beverages
• Review preliminary and final PDF Purchase Orders sent to the vessel before loading
• Observe and coach crew members to deliver outstanding service and become the Consummate Host
• Maintain regular communication with onboard Food and Beverage Management and other departments
• Act as a Company representative, portraying a positive image of Princess Cruises

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:

• Degree in Hotel Management/Hospitality Management preferred, with appropriate experience considered
• At least 2 years of cruise ship experience in a similar role with solid knowledge of Crunchtime
• Experience in beverage operations, food production, and restaurant service within hotel/cruise ship operations
• Excellent leadership and effective communication skills
• Fluent English language skills, both verbal and written
• Understanding of guest service foundations and ability to deliver outstanding service
• Motivation to excel in job duties and responsibilities
• Personable communicator with outstanding social skills and a warm, friendly, and caring personality
