We have an exciting opportunity as PoD Coordinator in Austria. You will be part of the Operations team, responsible for managing back-office topics and ensuring high-quality service for our clients.
The responsibilities In this role, you will take over responsibility for process flows and control the flow of payments from Polestar to partners and vice versa. You will also be part of the whole sales process – both for new and pre-owned Polestar cars.
Key tasks include:
- Ensuring all payments are under control and processed in time
- Reporting on market registrations and analysing segments and market trends
- Supporting the purchasing process for customer car deliveries with NGA partners
- Implementing process and system improvements with the Sales Operations Manager
The ideal candidate To succeed in this role, you need to be tenacious, flexible, and curious. You should have a strong understanding of the automotive and fleet business, with excellent communication skills. Other essential qualifications include:
- Strong understanding and interest in the automotive and fleet business
- Sales-driven mindset with results-oriented approach
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Problem-solving and operational task management skills
- Autonomy and ownership of responsibilities
- Excellent German and English skills at a C1 level
Salary: The minimum salary according to the applicable collective agreement for Retail Sales at the classification C level 1. Depending on qualifications and professional experience, an overpayment is possible.
